Our unframed prints are carefully packaged and dependent upon size, sent in either a hard flatpack or rolled tube. Prints are delivered within 7-10 business days of your order being placed and a tracking number is allocated with each parcel.

All framed prints are expertly packaged to ensure safe transit and damage-free delivery. Framed orders are delivered within 14-21 business days of your order being placed and a tracking number and insurance is included with each parcel.

International (outside Australia) shipping is charged at a flat rate of $50 AUD for prints.

In the rare instance your print or framed item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact the KYLIGHTS store within 24 hours of delivery with details of any damage incurred, including photos of the product and packaging. Please refrain from signing for the parcel as it will waive the insurance on the shipping.

We do not operate an exchage or refund policy for 'change of mind' returns.
